Pricing your house right is the first major decision you will make after you choose to sell your house. If the house is priced right, it will sell, and sell quickly. With these photos and other high quality marketing collaterals that are created specifically for your property, I aggressively market it so that the largest pool of qualified buyers can see it. I publish it on the MLS, create a single property website and market it through my various social media channels which includes a combined audience of over 10,000 people.
The price can be right and the marketing can be amazing but so that the trifecta of selling is complete the listing must be serviced and serviced exceptionally. I make sure that your listing is serviced exceptionally by doing everything necessary to make sure that all qualified buyers are able to see the property and that any and all their questions answered in a timely manner. Furthermore I will keep you informed of what is happening every step of the way and do anything necessary to make sure we get the house under contract in the shortest amount of time, with the most favorable terms and that all seller side related tasks are completed until on time to get you to a successful closing. I am fluent in 5 languages : English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and Italian. I have spoken Portuguese since I was a child. Spanish was easy to learn because it is so similar to Portuguese. I also formalized my study of it in High School and College. I learned French in high school and also studied abroad in France. I learned Italian in college and lived in Italy for one year where I perfected the language. These language skills are invaluable here in South Florida. With a growing international population most of which speak Spanish or Portuguese being fluent in those two languages makes them essential when negotiating real estate.
