I make sure that your listing is serviced exceptionally by doing everything necessary to make sure that all qualified buyers are able to see the property and that any and all their questions answered in a timely manner. A lot of people think that if a real estate agent doesn’t sell their property that they don’t have to pay a commission. However, in some cases a commission or some sort of compensation may be included in the listing agreement even if they don’t sell the house.
My promise to you is simple and straightforward, if I don’t sell your house you won’t have to pay me anything, zero, zip.
I speak English, hablo Español, falo Português, je parle Français and parlo Italiano. Needless to say being a polyglot here here in South Florida is invaluable.
