The Price is Right!

Pricing your house right is the first major decision you will make after you choose to sell your house. If the house is priced right, it will sell, and sell quickly. A house that lingers on the market gets stigmatized, so it is extremely important to price it right from the get go. Besides, if you have decided to sell you are ready to move one, so do you really want it to linger on the market or do you want to sell it?
I help you pinpoint a fair market value through an in-depth study and analysis of comparable properties in the area. There is no guessing involved and absolutely no Zestimating, just a very detailed study of the market that will help you get the price right!


Once you and I have determined the right price it is time to let everyone know your house is for sale. That is where my marketing knowledge and experience are invaluable. I build the marketing so that the buyers will come! I start by taking professional photos of your property so that anyone that sees it gets a good first impression of it. With these photos and other high quality marketing collaterals that are created specifically for your property, I aggressively market it so that the largest pool of qualified buyers can see it. I publish it on the MLS, create a single property website and market it through my various social media channels which includes a combined audience of over 10,000 people.

Exceptional Servicing

The price can be right and the marketing can be amazing but so that the trifecta of selling is complete the listing must be serviced and serviced exceptionally. I make sure that your listing is serviced exceptionally by doing everything necessary to make sure that all qualified buyers are able to see the property and that any and all their questions answered in a timely manner. Furthermore I will keep you informed of what is happening every step of the way and do anything necessary to make sure we get the house under contract in the shortest amount of time, with the most favorable terms and that all seller side related tasks are completed until on time to get you to a successful closing. Reason #1 No Risk Contract

More than anything I want you to feel comfortable that you listed your house with me. For this reason the listing agreement we sign has absolutely no risk. There are no fees and no costs on your end. I spend all the money on marketing up front, making our agreement 100% risk free for you.

Reason #2 No Fees

There is nothing I hate more than being surprised with a fee here and a fee there, here a fee, there a fee, everywhere a fee fee!  ( I hope you laughed!). So when you list with me there are absolutely no fees. There is no brokerage fee and no cancellation fee, no fee of any kind.

No Sale, No Commission

A lot of people think that if a real estate agent doesn’t sell their property that they don’t have to pay a commission. However, in some cases a commission or some sort of compensation may be included in the listing agreement even if they don’t sell the house. 


My promise to you is simple and straightforward, if I don’t sell your house you won’t have to pay me anything, zero, zip.

I speak English, hablo Español, falo Português, je parle Français and parlo Italiano. Needless to say being a polyglot here here in South Florida is invaluable. During most real estate transactions I use at least two languages, mostly English and Spanish. In other cases I have found myself juggling three or four at the same time.
