The construction of the model homes is well underway and inquiring minds want to know, what homes will be available there. I have done some research and compiled a private, password protected list of the models that may be available at Oak Tree.

Here is some other useful information about the site’s development :

1. Construction has not been delayed as a result of the state of emergency.
2. The developer, Pulte, plans to open the sales center in the summer.
3. As far as pricing townhomes will start in the mid-300s and single family homes may start in the $400s, whether it is low to mid to high $400s is not clear.
4. The plans submitted to the City for approval listed 13 different floor plans. The developer has since stated that only 12 floor plans will be available. 9 of the 12 available floor plans will also have models homes that potential buyers can visit.
