Désirée Ávila, B.A., M.A., Ed.D. (ABD), an accomplished,  distinguished, cultured professional, and award winning  former teacher, joined Charles Rutenberg Realty Fort Lauderdale, to offer her high-level professionalism,  linguistic talents and analytical abilities to the people in her community that were interested in buying or selling real estate in South Florida.

She achieved the C2EX recognition of excellence by the National Association of Realtors® and earned her Seller Representative Specialist® (SRS) designation in order to complement her Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification. Désirée Ávila has a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Master’s Degree in Latin  American Studies from Florida International University. Désirée completed her doctoral studies  in Educational Technology at the University of Florida in the Fall of 2014. Désirée is fluent in  Portuguese, Spanish, French and Italian.
